Yesterday a teaser trailer for next summer's Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2 was released. and it gave us the first look at the crew of the Milano since we saw them in the first movie. Things have changed quite a bit since then. Check out the trailer down below:
I'm still trying to figure out what the deal is with all of those falling bodies Yondu and Rocket are walking through...weird. Probably the biggest change is to Groot. Vin Diesel recently sat down for an interview and talked about the changes since the first movie:
"The first movie was really about becoming a family. This movie is about being a family. And what's harder, becoming a family or being a family? I think it's being a family. That's where you really have to deal with each other. And that's what this movie is about. And their sisters. They are family, whether they like it or not. And they also want to kill each other, so it adds a new twist to being a sister."
I think that it's a pretty safe bet that Guardians of the galaxy vol. 2 will be the biggest blockbuster of next year...and yes, that's taking into account the release of Star Wars: Episode VIII. You'll get to see Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2 when it gets released next year on May 5, 2017.
