Could This Animated Movie Really Be Happening?

If this thing really gets made, it could be pretty good.  I was reading an article on Wegotthiscovered.com and they were talking about how earlier this week there was a two-day theatrical release of the new animated movie Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, and at one particular theater, they were handing out surveys to people asking their opinion on possible future WB animated projects.  The most interesting one that was mentioned was a possible Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.  Last year DC and IDW teamed up for a comic book crossover featuring the two properties, and it was a fun comic to read.  It was so good, in fact, that there's going to be a follow up to it this November called Batman/TMNT Adventures.  In the first run, it showed how the two meet, where this next one would be a combination of Batman: The Animated Series and the current TMNT cartoon that's airing on Nickelodeon.  If they were able to get the okay from Nick to get this movie made, it could turn out to be something worth watching.

One of the other movies that they were asking about would be a follow-up to their Batman '66 title, Wonder Woman '77.  This could also be a fun title to watch.  It would be similar to the Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders movie (being released on Blu-ray November 1, 2016).  And since they were able to get Adam West and Burt Ward to return to voice the Dynamic Duo in this film, why couldn't we see Linda Carter returning to voice Diana Prince in this one?  How cool would that be!  Both Batman '66 and Wonder Woman '77 are currently available as comic books, we a crossover between the two in the works, but so far a Wonder Woman '77 movie is just being considered right now.  They may be waiting to see how Return of the Caped Crusaders does before deciding on it.

The other movie that was on the survey was Swamp Thing.  He's already set to appear in animated and live action versions of Justice League Dark, but allowing him to have his own solo film could be pretty huge for the guy.  While he's not one of the more popular characters that DC has, he still has a faithful following and could be their next big thing in animation.

So if you were able to decide what WB animation would work on next, what would you like to see get made?  What storyline would make for a good movie?  Let me know your thoughts in the comments section down below.
