There were a lot of questions that were left unanswered at the end of Thor: The Dark World, the biggest one was, "What happened to Odin?" Although there has been an official word from Marvel that Sir Anthony Hopkins would be returning, a set photo shows that he will be reprising his role as the King of Asgard...well, maybe. He doesn't look very royal in the picture, does he? At the end of Thor: The Dark World, we were shown that Loki was impersonating Odin, but we didn't know how or why. It now looks like Odin is destitute, living on Earth for some reason. I'm assuming that it's Earth, because I hope to anything that no other realm has clothes that look like that!
I know that today's post was a little short, and tomorrow's will be short as well, but I'm heading out of town for the weekend, and just wanted to share these little bits of news with everybody. Plus, how funny is this photo? How could I pass up sharing this?
