There have been a lot of rumors swirling around the Han Solo Anthology Series movie (no, that's not the official title, just the one that I'm working with) with the most recent being that Donald Glover was possibly being considered for a role as a young Lando Calrission. Well, that was the most recent rumor...until Jeff Sneider from Mashable tweeted that directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller are looking to audition people for a "non-white female lead." This instantly got people to wondering if Sana Solo/Sana Starros would be making her movie screen debut in this film. She was first introduced in Marvel's Star Wars comic books, and she instantly caused a stir with readers and fans alike when she introduced herself as han Solo's wife.
No, she's not really Han's wife. They just posed as a married couple to pull off a robbery, but then Han took off with her share, which kinda pissed Sana off. All of this took place before that Battle of Yavin from Star Wars: A New Hope, so having her show up in the Han Solo movie would make some sense. They might even use their ruse as part of the storyline for the movie. Another possibility of a storyline for the film would be showing how Han won the Falcon off of Lando. The fact that they seem to be looking for an actor to play a "young Lando Calrission" might make this happen.
It's way too early to say whether or not Sana Starros will be making an appearance in the movie, but seeing how the comic books that Marvel is putting out under the Star Wars titles are now an official part of the Star Wars universe, having her show up seems like a real possibility. What do you want to see in the Han Solo movie? Sana Solo? Lando? How about the famous "Kessel Run" that Han and Chewie made?
