The Force Awakens' First Television Spot And Japanese Trailer (Part 2)

So yesterday I posted the Japanese trailer Star Wars: The Force Awakens, so today I'll show you the new television trailer that was released.

One of the more interesting things that you could take away from the commercial has to do with the voice over.  As you just saw, in the commercial a voice is heard saying, "I see your eyes.  I know your eyes."  Now, this could just be a general statement, like she knows the type of eyes that she's looking at, but since they show Rey and then Han, it could be a subtle hint that Rey has her father's eyes, and that she's Han's daughter.  It could also mean that they are the same type of person, and it has nothing to do with her being Han's daughter, if that's even the case.  A lot of people think that the person who is doing the talking is actress Lupita Nyong'o's character Maz Kanata.  She's supposed to be playing a CGI created space pirate who is helping Rey, Finn, and Han Solo on their mission.

Something else that stands out is that the First Order Stormtroopers are attacking Rey's planet of Jakku.  Why?  Is it that they are trying to capture Finn for going AWOL, or is it for some other reason?  We know that Finn is a Stormtrooper and at some point in the film he takes off from the First Order.  If he is the reason that they are attacking Jakku, then that means that Finn must be very important to the First Order if they're willing to invade an entire planet just to get him back.  Of course, this is just speculation on my part and may be reading too much into this.

What were your thoughts after watching the trailer?  Did you get the same impressions from it that I did?  Did you see something in it that I may have missed?  Let me know your thoughts in the comments section below.
