Hulk And Black Widow Reunion Set For Avengers: Infinity War

The last time we saw Bruce Banner (a.k.a. The Hulk) was at the end of the movie Avengers: Age of Ultron, and the next time we'll see him will be in the year's Thor: Ragnarok.  Right now we have no idea where he went or how he got there between the two movies.  We might find out in the upcoming Thor film, but we might not.  If we do get some sort of explanation as to what he's been up to, it might not come until Infinity War.  The third Avengers movie will bring both Thor and the Hulk back to Earth and reunite them with their old teammates.  This might be a little awkward for the Hulk, considering that he was kinda involved in a relationship with Black Widow, and according to Scarlett Johansson, it'll be an emotional reunion.


“I just finished Avengers: Infinity War. The first one. My character has this ongoing relationship with Mark Ruffalo’s character. I had such devastation that day. I don’t know why. I was so devastated. It was something about this character that Mark plays, and this is something that should feel so solid and suddenly doesn’t or there’s – and it reminded me of so much of the things going on in my own life at the time.”


It's hard to tell how things are going to go when they do meet up in Infinity War, and from what Johansson said in her interview with Bravo on Inside the Actor's Studio, we don't know if it will be a happy reunion or an angry one.  If it's the latter, let's hope that it's Black Widow who's the angry one, Banner getting mad wouldn't be a good thing.  Before we find out, though, we'll get to see him rage out in Thor: Ragnarok , and as you can see from the photo above, it will be the closest thing we'll get to a Planet Hulk movie from Marvel.


Thor: Ragnarok hits theaters November 3, 2017, and Avengers: Infinity War will come out May 4, 2018.
